WHere is a simplified interpretation of a cocktail found on our latest cocktail list. This is a large-volume pre-mixed that is loaded with the tastes of a Christmas time, rendering it perfect for your holiday party. Reserve the remaining syrup to use in breakfast cocktails, sweets, or to make more rounds of this cocktail.
Bikini Recipe
Makes enough for 10 people
To make the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Drink (produces 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine cordial (as made above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Directions
For the Cordial: Place every items inside a pan, bring to a simmer, stirring so the sugar melts. Then, turn off the burner and let it to reach room temperature fully. Transfer into a sealable bottle, seal and store in the fridge, it will last for around one month.
To make Batch Mix: Mix the specified liquid ingredients into a large bottle, leave to sit for one hour, then strain preferably using cheesecloth, so it's completely strained.
For serving: Pour 85ml from the batch mix into your cocktail shaker containing ice, gently stirring carefully for about 60 seconds until cold. Pour into a chilled martini glass or equivalent, decorate with a few cranberries and complete it by giving it a quick spritz with the mandarin essence over the drink.
